Laura and the team in Bournemouth were excellent. I explained to them the issue I had at the Poole store and Laura was very apologetic and went well out of way to appease the issues we had and to change our opinion of Dreams. She spent and excessive amount of time with us and went the extra mile at every opportunity. She changed our opinion completely and is a true credit to your business. All the other staff were fun and interactive too and the environment was a pleasure to shop in. As opposed to Poole which felt like it was an old boys club at which we were not welcome. The Poole branch is like the alter ego of Bournemouth and if it weren't for the branding we could have been in two different brand stores. I walked out of Bournemouth vowing never to use Dreams. However because we wanted to look at a specific product we went to visit Bournemouth explaining what had happened in Poole and the team went over and above to change our opinion to the point we spent £1500 more than we had initially intended following the guidance and advice of Laura.
