From the moment my family & I stepped into Dreams, we were welcomed with friendly faces. Social distance & hygiene was observed and followed all the way, even with so many beds we tried on & sometimes forgetting my piloow on the bed but was kindly reminded or the assistant would just bring it over to the next bed. We felt we got first class service, by assessing what type of mattress is suitable for us & for my son as well. The assistant was very patient as well, even though we were not sure what we wanted. The whole experience was just amazing, considering we went to other shops to compare & my son was 100% sure Dreams was the place to buy our beds from. We will be going back there in the future, really pleased & happy customer.
