We've been wanting to change our bed for the last 15yrs. The next bed was always going to be important. 1 for comfort, but 2 for the lower back problems that both my husband and i now get continuancely from sleeping on our poor mattress. James was fantastic from start to finish, with your computer system machine that pin pointed exactly the beds we needed to look at and from his clear explanation of how each mattress worked. Fabulous
