The staff were very thorough with regard covid 19 procedures. The computerized bed for assessing your needs was brilliant. Staff were friendly and informative throughout. Although the computers had crashed and they were busy they remained calm, kept us updated while waiting. We would definitely return for future purchases when required.

We were greeted by James and he explained about PPE, He Said we could use all the products on the table at the entrance ie hand sanitiser, gloves and face masks. He put covers on the pillows and paper sheets so we could try out the beds. He then took us over to Siobhan who showed us all the items we needed to look at then helped us placing our order. She was very friendly and polite as was James. Overall we had a very pleasant experience in this store. I couldn’t fault their knowledge or expertise. So highly satisfied and will recommend to all our friends and family.

Very relaxed. Was able to feel confident in our choice of bed. Not rushed. Came out of shop having enjoyed the experience. Pleasent experience
