Very friendly greeting and I was assessed on the bed machine. We then went to all the mattresses on the printout. Laura was very efficient explaining the points on each mattress which was extremely helpful. I am very pleased with my purchases. I couldn 't have asked for a more helpful assistant- nothing was too much trouble, she is a real asset to your company. Thank you Laura.

I was met by Laura who went through the sanitation station. Then offered my elderly mother a chair. I was listened to for my requirements.. There was a good choice and even colour options. I was impressed with the customer service. Very professional and good quality products on offer.

The service was really very good. I have an extremely bad back and Laura was brilliant with helping me find the mattress I needed. She was really nice and made the trip a very good experience.

Great customer support assistant in Laura - very pleasant overall experience. Was aiming for Benson's but side tracked to Dreams and very pleased I did.
