Siobhan the advisor greeted us on entering the store and took us through the mattress selection process then showed us the relative mattress then the bed frames we were not pressured in to making a purchase. We decided to make a purchase the next day the process was completed by Siobhan quickly and courteously

Very friendly greeting and I was assessed on the bed machine. We then went to all the mattresses on the printout. Laura was very efficient explaining the points on each mattress which was extremely helpful. I am very pleased with my purchases. I couldn 't have asked for a more helpful assistant- nothing was too much trouble, she is a real asset to your company. Thank you Laura.
