Kieran was extremely formal and friendly from the start and really helped us chose the mattress that was right for both of our needs. This was our first time mattress shopping so we weren’t sure what to expect but he talked us through all the steps and we were able to make a decision very quickly and easily thanks to him.

The experience was very satisfactory. There were only 2 other customers in the store so we had no problem socila distancing. We wore masks although I noticed the store manager didn't wear a mask but there was a protective shield at the customer desk. We were not hurried and given a chance to try other beds although I had gone into the shop with the item I wanted in mind. Everything went smoothly and I was pleased with our shopping experience. Very helpful and friendly manager.
