Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and found the best deal for our needs it was good to see the staff were also wearing masks which made us feel safe as my husband is immuno compromised. Will be coming back in the near future to purchase a mattress.

I went into to the shop and James greeted me, told me where I needed to go to find what I was looking for but didn’t pounce with trying to push a sale straight away which is nice because sometimes that can be off putting. He was there when I needed to ask questions, he was so helpful helping me find a bed similar in store to what I was looking for online so I could try it. He helped me order the one I wanted online, explained to me about the extras I could go for. I decided on the mattress protector. James was very approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. If he wasn’t there to help I don’t think I would of ordered the mattress.

So much stock to see and try out. The assistant was extremely helpful and friendly but also professional, knowledgable, and patient; she also pointed out a feature that I originally liked but not included in my final purchase, just to make sure I was completely satisfied and I really admired her for that.

The ses assistant, Scotland, was helpful and attentive without being aggressive or intrusive. She's was knowledgeable and helped us decide what we right for us without once ousting any pressure on us.

I went only for browsing,because I wasn t sure what mattress to choose,very friendly and helpfull staff,and I left with purchasing a mattress.

Friendly staff who seemed eager to provide what I wanted. I look forward to trying the new bed and mattress for the first time in March.

Kieran was extremely knowledgeable about all the aspects of buying a mattress. He was patient and answered all of our questions without putting any pressure on our decision making. Kieran is the sort of salesman we would like to assist us whenever making important expensive purchases.

We were served by Kieran and he was very helpful. We took some information and went home to measure up. When we returned Kieran was just leaving to go home but he stayed on to look after us and he did that very well. We purchased two beds and mattresses. Excellent service and we were even given bottles of water.

Upon entering the store we were greeted quickly by the friendly store associate, Sarah. She showed us to the bed that we had seen online then helped us chose a mattress using the mattress choosing machine. Offered us tea while we were making our decision while continuing to be helpful. We never felt pressured to buy the most expensive products even though that’s the one we chose. Friendly helpful and knowledgeable about her products.
