Loved the test bed! Sarah was very knowledgeable and went through everthing with us thoroughly and explained the results of the bed test. She then only showed us the mattress the test sugested )4 or 5 in total), which really cut down the length of time we would have been there trying mattresses if we hadn't done the test. She was very efficient doing the order itself and turned the screen so I could read it to make sure the phone number and email was correct. As I was having trouble hearing what she was saying with the PEE screen and her mask. She took the PEE protection with us as we tested the mattresses, so we felt safe that both ourselves and other customers were not in danger from COVID 19. She showed us as we entered the store where the hand gel was to use on our hands before we started.

Our sales assistant, Sarah, was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful. The store was very clean and appropriate PPE in place.
