The store consultant was very knowledgeable and showed me first off, lots of different mattresses. There was a huge range to choose from and every one felt comfortable. There weren’t so many ottoman beds to choose from but I choose the blue grove Bed in the end. Slightly more than I wanted to pay but I felt I could go back to store if there were any problems.

Even during these hard times the salesman were very friendly and nicely talked us through the ppe process, which put us at ease. The bed choosing process was novel. Using the computer based bed fitting service was fun, except for having to wear a mask. The buying of the bed was easy with the staff friendly. Delivery within a week is also good. I did feel sorry for the sales guy who had to wear a mask which cannot be pleasant when you are aesthetic Yours Roy George
