Sleepmatch system was highly effective and made for an efficient mattress choice. Staff (Laura) was very knowledgable and friendly, highly recommend for internal recognition. Opting for our preferred mattress based on comfort, we were very pleased at the reasonable cost of the Hyde & Sleep range from which we selected from.

The member of staff we dealt with, James the store manager, was knowledgeable, patient and helped us. He offered us water. We had been to a few bed shop prior to walking into dreams and were very pleased with the service. We even left the day before to consider our options and due to the help and professionalism came straight the next day to make our purchase.
