Very helpful and knowledgeable staff

Was greeted as soon as we entered and shown to exactly what we were looking for and didn't hang around overcrowding up we were free to chat and decide for ourselves. The level of politeness was impeccable and couldn't be happier with the high quality bed that we have chosen and can't wait for it to be delivered😁

The person dealing with us had great knowledge of the products and clearly cared about the product she was recommending us. They were very friendly and even remember myself when I returned to store as few days later to complete the purchase.

The time given to really work out which mattress was best for my sleep issues. No rush to trying lots out and being able to go back retest. No pressure to buy most expensive also. V friendly and fun experience

Siobhan was great, from the moment we entered the store to the time of exiting. She greeted us with a smile and recommended trying the sleepmatch. She made us a superb cup of tea and showed us all the recommended mattresses. Unfortunetly they were too expensive however she then recommended a couple of on offer mattresses which was good too. While in the store she was friendly and put a personal touch on the experience. 10/10

Service by the young lady in store on the afternoon of Thursday 24th February 2022 was excellent-she shared her knowledge and offered us choice and she seemed to know what we wanted. She was quick and efficient processing the bill and very clear. We were impressed with Siobhan and we would come back. Good, relaxed atmosphere too-impressive
