The customer experience was great. The store was clean and tidy and all the Covid rules were observed. The sales person Sarah was great with excellent product knowledge.

We bought a single mattress topper for my husband for his side of our bed. We had tried quite a few shops beforehand and only Dreams had exactly what we were looking for. We also bought a king size inflatable bed and were delighted to find it was reduced in price.
