THE STAFF WERE SO FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE THEY MADE US FEEL IMPORTANT FROM WALKING THROUGH THE THE DOOR. HAVING THE TEST DONE TO SEE WHAT BED FIRMNESS WE NEEDED WAS VERY ENLIGHTENING. SARAH AND LAURA BOTH WERE PATIENT AND INFROMATIVE ABOUT WHAT WE NEEDED AND HAPPY TO LET US TRY OUT THE BEDS WE WANTED. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IVE ACTUALLY TRIED BEDS OUT AS ALWAYS BOUGHT ON LINE SO IT WAS ALL ROUND A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Laura greeted us on entry and then took us through the process from using the Sleep Match machine through to identifying the correct mattresses for us. Plenty of choices. Provided refreshment. Showed the difference between sprung and pocket sprung mattresses. We had researched on website before visiting, and one of the mattresses we had been considering was not on list of suggested suitable mattresses. Laura showed us this one and having experienced the other suggested mattresses, we were satisfied that the one we nearly bought online, would not have been the ideal match!

Laura the sales assistant was super friendly and helpful. I’d popped in to try out the 3 minute sleep mattress as I’d seen it advertised. Following the recommendations I tried the mattresses. Narrowed it down to two. Laura wasn’t pushy, naturally friendly and made me feel confident that I’d buy from Dreams. Bought the Tempur pillow today. Likely to be back to purchase the mattress that I preferred.
