We felt that Laura was extremely attentive and helpful. We thought the testing bed was a useful tool and helped to narrow down our search - otherwise just too many different beds to try. We had actually looked at a few in another store but couldn't work out which were most suitable for us and not all models were available in the firmness level we felt we needed. Your store seemed to have examples in firmness we needed so we could try them. We also felt more confident to buy because of your 30 day return policy if we aren't happy with our final choice. As this is such a big purchase and so important we really appreciate that reassurance.
