The person who assisted me was friendly, helpful & knowledgable. She understood exactly what I needed, but was not in any way pushy. I would definitely recommend after my visit.

James was extremely helpful, took on board our requirements and gave us a number of options. In the end we got a very good price as well.

Sarah your saleslady knowledge, experience, patience and kindness made my visit very pleasant. The bed suitability simulator was of great help in making my selection. It may seem a small thing but could you include a bottle of fizzy water with your refreshments. Overall very satisfied and the opportunity of changing my purchase within a set period gives us greater security/peace of mind especially since my wife wasn't with me when i purchased the product.

First visit to a dreams store. Was greeted and spent my time with a very knowledgeable team member. Was able to take my time and did not feel pressurised to rush into making a decision about my purchase

We were looked after by James and he helped us choose the right bed. He set the diagnostic machine for us and then showed all mattresses. We have decided and he have us some discount. Really smooth purchase

I received some GOOD OLD FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICE (sorely lacking in today's times) from the assistant from the moment I walked through the door until payment was made on my second visit. He even remembered me from the first visit. He knew the product's he was selling, gave useful advice, recommended I try different beds, was not pushy and listened to and understood my needs. He also displayed curtesy, patience and was friendly. If there is an award given to your employees then I would like to nominate this young man. Very happy customer.

we were given our own pillows with covers to try the beds rather than sharing with everyone else in the shop the member of staff was so kind and very informative even getting us a cup of tea while we had time on our own to think about what we wanted to do so we were not preasured a fantastic service

Good service

The Sleep Expert who advised us, was very (but not over) friendly and very knowledgeable on the mattresses that we were trying out. He gave us lots of space to try each one when he had introduced the ones selected by the sleep machine. He then completed the order very efficiently.

Greeted by staff and they took great care to listen and show us our options. Every step of the process- from choosing the correct mattress to payment options were explained clearly. There was a great choice of products and the staff were very knowledgeable about their products. The Sleepmatch machine was an excellent idea. We were given lots of time to make our decisions and the coffee was delicious too!! A very successful shopping experience.
