We came for advice and help with our need for a new bed. We were successful in all areas and were happy to place an order. Disappointed with the delivery time, but times are difficult.

We were greeted as we walked in by Siobhan who was very friendly and explained the covid rules. We explained what we were looking for and after asking us all the relevant questions and explaining the process, Siobhan put us to bed on your Sleepmatch which was very restful by the way. Once finished James joined us and explained the next process of testing beds that would suit us. He was excellent with his product knowledge and we learnt a great deal about our sleeping habits. My husband and I require different mattress support for a good nights sleep and James was able to offer advice and come up with the best solution. He was very patient and we never felt rushed at all. Once we were finished, Siobhan completed all the administration efficiently and we left the store happy customers. PS. You just have to buy their pillows, like sleeping on a cloud.
