I carried out research via Which Report and other sources prior to our visit and by interview and showing us your goods your colleague ended up taking us to a similar conclusion. I.E. confirmation and support for our theoretical conclusions. This showed trained colleague who both empathised and used intelligence to take us to our required product.

Visited on a Saturday, nice and quiet! Lovely man helped choose the right frame and mattress. I had no choice but to bring my three children with me, they were made to feel very welcome and he understood my situation. He gave plenty of options, listened to my needs and helped from start to finish!
