Laura at Dreams Bournemouth was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The sleep machine was brilliant in determining the right mattress. I wasn’t expecting to spend so much on a mattress but Laura was knowledgable in this subject and I was confident in the information she gave me. Besides I’ve never considered good quality mattresses before but as I’m in my 50s now I need to think about my back and posture.
