Start to finish the lady who helped us told me every detail and the difference between two beds and was very easy going . A very enjoyable experience we will shop with dreams again

Attended Poole store. Product out of stock. Sales assistant called nearby Bournemouth store and reserved product for us. We attended same bay and made the purchase.
