Laura understood what I needed immediately. She showed great product knowledge and was empathetic and friendly without overselling or being pushy. She gave me the options back up by great advice. I shopped around, found cheaper beds but also found people who couldn't be bothered or didn't have a clue and told me to go look at their website. Not the customer service I would expect! I looked on your website and could have ordered that night with a few clicks but I went back to the branch to see Laura as she deserved to have my sale. She is a credit to the branch and to the company.

The staff were very welcoming and ensured safety maintained whilst in shop. Plenty of stock in store to look at and try. Efficiently placed order with expected delivery date. Although I have to wait three weeks for delivery it was only due to the colour base I wanted. Excellent experience in these strange times.
