From the second we walked in, we were given options of how we’d like to shop with no pressure and the time was taken to assess our needs to narrow a great selection of mattresses. Great customer service!

The sales assistant was highly skilled. She could answer all our questions, gave us all the information we needed, and gave us plenty of time and space to try the beds out. We did not feel at all pressurised or rushed in any way.
