Dreams - Bournemouth

We popped into Dreams to see if we could get a bed delivered quickly as we had been looking online and most deliveries were 10 weeks. We also weren’t sure of the quality of the beds online so wanted to test some in person. We walked into the store and the mattress machine which tests which one is best for you caught my eye. As we walked over to it, Kieren approached us and asked if he could help. He was warm, friendly and really knowledgeable about all of the mattresses. He made the mattress buying experience fun and really helped us to pick our perfect mattress! Originally we had planned to spend around £400 on a mattress but ended up spending £1800 so he clearly did an excellent job! I got the impression that we was quite new to the role as he was asking his supervisor for advice on the computer but he really did a great job. We now can’t wait for our mattress to arrive and genuinely feel like our lives will be enhanced as a result of a better sleep!

I found the young lady assistant Lauren exceptionaly helpful and kind, going out of her way to make sure that both my husband and I were totally happy with our purchases and looking after us with great patience whilst we made up our minds. Her colleague James was also very helpful so all in all we couldn't be happier with the standard of service at Dreams and would most certainly recommend shopping there to anyone looking to buy quality beds.

Kieran was very patient with my 17 year old son, who really hated the idea of laying on the mattresses to try them out. He was knowledgeable about the products and very helpful.

I liked the process of finding out about our individual sleep needs eg position, aches and pains and matching us to specific mattresses. I feel confident that having gone through this process we will have chosen a mattress which will enhance our sleep experience. Making the actual purchase was a straightforward process.
