Kieran was a very pleasant sales man and was full of knowledge, and attentive. It was a shame the delivery for hypnos mattress was 15 wks to 20wks which was too long to wait, so i decided to buy a Tempur mattress as delivery was 10 days 😃 im really happy with the Tempur soft pillow so im sure the mattress will be brilliant too. 😀

I was greeted in a friendly way on entering the store. I explained that I didnt really know what mattress I needed so was offered the sleep match technology bed - great! Siobhan was very helpful and showed me different mattresses that would suit me. I even got some money off and some free pillows! I was given my own sheet/paper to put on the beds/pillows so I could test them safely.

Laura at bournemouth store was very helpful, knowledgeable . showed us products that fitted our requirements and left us to look at them and discuss our options. only coming back when we were ready to talk further to her and place an order
