The sales assistants were very knowledgeable about the products & helped me to find my perfect mattress. I visited three times, initially I was served by Laura who took the time to ascertain my needs & preferences in detail & showed me the various mattresses, then store manager who did the sleep analysis with my partner & I, then finally Sarah, who processed the sale. They were all very friendly & were able to answer my all questions in detail. I didn't feel they were being pushy, but were genuinely interested in finding the right product for me.

We bought the tempur mattress , bed frame and tempur pillows in Dreams store thanks to the knowledge of your colleague Kieran. Kieran has just perfect costumer skills. He knew all about the product. We didn’t feel like we were pushed to buy anything. He was very polite, friendly, well spoken and attentive. It is not very common to meet people who are specialists in their work.. so we were very impressed by Kieran's knowledge and passion. That is why we were highly satisfied with our experience at this Dreams store.

We explained what we was looking for and was taken to different Mattresses to try. It was a good experience from start to finish.

From the moment we entered the store Laura was able to show us a variety of bed frames and mattresses and explain the differences. The machine which assessed the correct mattress to the difference of the bed frames were highlighted so that decisions could be made. Laura then ensured that she calculated all the options that were available to us. Could not recommend highly enough

Greeted in a very friendly manner and asked if we needed assistance or would like to just browse. We wanted assistance regarding available ottoman beds and were promptly shown multiple options that matched our colour requirement. We had already decided on a mattress but Siobhan offered us another lie down which we accepted so protective equipment was laid out for us. Service was excellent.
