I was highly satisfied with James the store Manager he went out if his way to help me. I found the data bed most enjoyable and fascinating. I look forward to my new mattress. I would give 10 for James and the castle point store, they were marvelous. Thank you.

The assistants were helpful and when I said I couldn't afford over a certain price the they didn't push me and directed me to a mattresses I could afford. Good service all around. You even had a loo in store which at my age is perfect.

From the moment we stepped inside, a representative was there to greet us with a welcome. She was very approachable and knowledgeable with the products that we were after and to help us decide on our final product. She gave us time to walk around and think about our options again and kindly gave us some water. We decided on the product and came home satisfied. The small problem only was that when we went home to show the product on the website to family members, we noticed the other options we did not know we could have gone for. (We only knew of the sleepmotion 200i in store but later found out we couldve have had 400i).

Very helpful manager James... did all he could to help us select the right bed at the right price.

The assistant, Laura, who looked after us was excellent- knowledgeable, friendly but not pushy. We had previously ordered Eve and Emma mattresses online - neither worked for both of us so it was good to have quality advice

They gave us plenty of time and let us try a couple of beds a few times so we could decide which we found Norse suitable

The assistant who dealt with our purchase was extremely friendly, helpful and had great product knowledge.
