Laura was a very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She asked relevant questions about our health, sleeping positions etc and offered us the most suitable products for our needs. She was also good fun and made us feel welcome. A credit to Dreams!

The service your staff gave was excellent she was confident polite and very helpful to enable that we brought the correct mattress for my husbands needs we were not rushed as its an important purchase and it was nice to get the advice and knowledge of the staff person

Laura was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. She was very clearly paying attention to my needs/sleeping problems and made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I had looked up the bed I was interested in online and she talked me through various options, including showing me the cheaper version without prejudice (at no time did I feel like she was trying to push me towards spending extra money). She clearly listened to even my offhand comments, picking up on things that I hadn’t thought were important (I had no idea different mattress types could be warmer and so hadn’t specifically mentioned that I can’t sleep if I’m hot, but she picked up on a comment and gave recommendations based on that). Laura was very engaged with myself and my sister without being at all intrusive. We were overall very impressed with her customer service.

Myself and my shopping buddies were greeted as soon as we walked in and asked if we needed any help by a very friendly gentleman. When I advised him of what I was looking for, he told me where I could find their Ottoman beds. I also needed help choosing a mattress but wanted to pick a bed first. As we were browsing the beds he directed another sales assistant to us to give advice about the bed frames. She then took me through the sleep machine process to find the best mattress fit for us. She was very helpful throughout the whole process and even offered us bottled water. She put together a quote for me and explained it all in detail and wasn't put out by the fact that I wanted to have a look in the store next door. The customer service in the store next door was non-existent and whilst I could have potentially saved a bit of money there, they didn't have exactly what I wanted and the excellent customer service at Dreams made me want to spend my money there instead.

It's very rare nowadays to meet a sales person so knowledgeable as the person who helped me with my purchase. However, I am disappointed that Dreams did not allow me a zero-rated purchase as my purchase is for medical reasons. I could have saved £600
