Dreams - Bournemouth

We visited the store at Mallard retail park on the 03/05/2021 looking to purchase a new mattress. We were greeted by Laura who is not only friendly, personable, and chatty but she obviously knows her stuff. Laura talked us through the various options, listened to our requirements and matched us successfully to the Tempur cool touch original Elite. We did do Sleep Match but I was already confident that Laura had picked the right mattress for us. She was right. Laura allowed us to try out all of the recommendations and didn’t rush us at all. Delivery was fast and efficient. The mattress is a dream. We enjoyed our visit so much that we returned to the store on the 13/05/21 to look for an ottoman bed base (something I decided I wanted after the initial visit - as you do). We were greeted again by Laura who remembered us by name. She knew exactly what would suit. We purchased the Hopkins King ottoman. I was pleasantly surprised that delivery of this bed is just under a week. Excellent availability and quality. Customer service is second to none. Laura really is an asset to the team.

The store is bright and well organised with lots of available parking. I didn't book a consultation as could not predict traffic conditions but I was greeted on arrival. After a discussion and evaluation, I was taken (with PPE) around the beds which were recommended for my age and sleeping pattern. The search was then extended to my personal preference. Ordering was easy.

I went to several different bed shops and was given different information form each shop. With dreams it was so simple, clear and easy to understand.

Very pleased with the quality of service from Laura the assistant that dealt with us, both professional and very helpful ( prepared to give us time , not felt pressured) overall s very pleasant experience.

The staff were fantastic and had a great knowledge of the products on offer and all of our questions were answered. Very quick and efficient service. The machine to pick out your ideal mattress for you is amazing.

Laura greated us with a friendly smile as we walked in the store. Her product knowledge was extensive as we tested the different mattresses, guiding us through the options. Placing the order was quick and efficient. At the end of the process we asked if she was the manager of the store as she was that good! It was the best customer service I have received in a long time. Well done, Laura.
