Very friendly and efficient assistance from Siobhan at your Bournemouth store. Used the sleepmatch and found a hopefully comfy mattress.

James took his time to understand what we needed and wonted. He new what he was talking about. I liked that he gave us space to talk among ourselves but also being available.

I felt comfortable and my needs listened to. Then after finding out the best mattress I would need I was given a few different options with everything explained.

Siobhan was extremely helpful and knowledgable. She listened to our needs and made relevant recommendations. She was also super friendly and chatty and took a genuine interest in what we were saying.
