Dreams - Bournemouth

I knew what kind of mattress i was looking for before i went the store, but what a lovely experience i had when i walked into the store! I met a friendly but professional young lady called Laura and she introduced me to this sleep machine. I was highly impressed. It narrowed down what kind of mattress i needed which was oh so helpful. Laura made me feel valued as a customer and she took her time with me in chosing the mattress. I kept changing my mind but that was ok with Laura, she was so knowledgable. I notice also that the other members of staff were happy in their work, which was refreshing in these difficult times. I certainly recommend Dreams to anyone who is looking fir a bed and/or mattress

The lady who served us was amazing a total credit to the company can't remember her name maybe Lauren but was from Birmingham. She was so helpful knew her stuff and was some of the best service I have had and I am fussy!

The sales assistant was attentive, listened and felt like she cared about my purchase. She took the time, patience and really made a difficult decision fun. Siobhan is an excellent sales person and a credit to the store, in fact the whole team where excellent and deserve recognition for making my princess and the pea story come true. I bought the sleepeazy but after Siobhan let me loose on the Sleepmotion 400i, I went back the next day and upgraded my original purchase. I’m thrilled 😁

I went into the castle point store just to have a look around and I was so impressed with Kieran with his knowledge and he was very polite and helpful he ended up talking me into getting a new mattress there and then and now looking forward to it arriving
