When I attended both of the gentlemen were exceptionally receptive. The first gentleman listened to my needs & wants. Explained the best options for support and style of mattress as this was for my toddler daughter (single bed). The second gentleman who on my return took the order was just as attentive. They offered a cool bottle of water, PPE for my daughter to try the bed and maintained a social distance which did not compromise customer care. I went to the rival next door, which the experience was bemusing following what I had experienced from dreams. I was told the single beds are upstairs their are cheaper options but the most expensive mattresses are the most comfortable- hardly what I wanted to hear. At dreams I felt what I wanted and was asking for was of importance and although I went in wanting a wooden bed. I was swayed by the gentleman’s explanation for the bed I went for. I was offered optional extras and had I have had extra money would have absolutely taken them up on the offers.

Your colleague came to us we did not have to go find help. We had only taken about ten steps into the store when we were approached. He took time to understand our needs and gave us his full attention until we found the product that suited our needs and further attention until all necessary paperwork was done and we were ready to leave the store

Very friendly as soon as I entered the store. Staff were very attentive. Layout of the store was very nice and I was able to look at all the products I was interested in. The young man was very good showing me lots of different beds. I tried quite a few and found the one I wanted. He offered us a bottle of water which I thought was very nice as the day was very hot! I would definitely recommend my local dreams store.

Shop Assistant went out of his way to help me find the right bed for my sick husband. Asked about him and sounded genuine. Found a brilliant bed so highly satisfied with the whole experience

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Sarah. She listened to what we were looking for and our needs. The sleep match was used to measure us up for the perfect mattress. She then took us round to try out various mattress void safely before we made our decision.
