Our salesperson was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, used our names throughout our visit making it very personal service and was courteous and professional for the duration of our time in store

The assistant Laura was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was friendly and we left feeling confident we had ordered a mattress that was perfect for us

The young lady who served us was veary helpful did not push us to buy, gave good guidance to which bed to get, when going to a competitive shops they did not give the service that your sales assistant gave us 😊

James was so helpful. He helped us when we needed him but also respected when we wanted to look alone which i really liked. Everyone is polite and friendly and not pushy sales. Very pleased!
