Helpful staff and able to select a mattress that suited our needs and budget

The staff could not do enough for me. I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. I was provided with a drink. Everything was explained to me in depth. There was a problem with internet access & the finance application was completed over the phone - this was fully explained to me and really not a problem. The staff at this branch are a credit to the Dreams Brand.

l needed help with mattress , also size of bed. Kieran came to help me , l told him my problems sleeping and he took me to the spaceship mattress finder. don't know what else to call it. Type of mattress sorted we set of on hunt for bed size , i wanted a small double. Kieran was patients itself with me, as l find moving about difficult so l took longer to get around. l am now awaiting a lovely new bed , small double with very comfy mattress and nice tall headboard. he has arranged to have old bed removed and l am very grateful for that. From the Manager James, down to server Sarah and spending time in the store I also spoke with Laura and Kieran who were all a pleasure to speak with regarding the products I was interested In. Not harassing me to make a quick purchase, but understanding my need for what I wanted and explaining options.

Staff (Laura) was very very helpful and sorted everything we needed and was very thorough with our options.
