Laura at the Bournemouth shop was amazing. From the time we entered to when we departed. The staff made sure our kids had fun whilst we were testing beds and using the sleepatron gizmo. Very good.

We ordered a mattress last weekend and after thinking about it all week decided we would also buy a ottoman base. Service was perfect from both assistants. When we sat in the car afterwards saw a sign outsider saying by a mattress and base and get 20o/o off. We were very disappointed we were not offered this as we'd spent a lot of money. We could only assume 2 different weeks, 2 different assistants meant we were not entitled. If this is the case we're really not happy!

On entering the store I was immediately welcomed by a member of staff who, having asked what products I was interested in, described how he could help me select an appropriate mattress. I should say that both members of staff I dealt with practiced good social distance in a very subtle way. Using the computer ‘bed’ process was clearly explained and very simple and helpful. I was then guided through the various options and sampled a number of mattresses by the second member of staff. I did not feel under any pressure of time and the merits of each bed were discussed and compared with others. Once I had decided on the mattress it was a simpler decision as to which divan base was suitable. The ordering process was quick and efficient. All in all an excellent experience.
