Laura was an exceptionally helpful and lovely woman. Very knowledgable. Made the process very easy, even managed to convince my stubborn minded flat mate to get a mattress better suited for her pains!

Laura greeted us and immediately made us feel welcome. She took time to listen to our needs and then to explain the different products to us. Her product knowledge was amazing, but at no time did she confuse us with too much detail. It was so refreshing to have such a pleasant and informative visit that we decided that there was no need to shop around any of the other bedding stores. Having considered our requirements overnight, we returned to the Dreams store the next day to place the order.

Was very helpfull,did not rush me,asked all the questions i asked,great price and looks a lovely product,really looking forward tomy delivery.

The attention we received in the store was excellent. We were helped by a very charming and friendly young lady (Siobhan). We tried the beds we found most appropriate for comfort and cost and then went to other stores to compare. Before trying the beds, Siobhan took great care to put disposable covers on the pillows etc. After assessing other beds in the local shops we returned to Dreams, tried the bed again and then went off to discuss everything. I rang the store the following day (Friday) to order the bed and pay online and we were given a delivery date of the next Wednesday which was ideal. Delivery took place as promised within the 2 hour time slot on this day. One final comment, whilst we were in the store for the 2nd time, Siobhan offered us a coffee or tea. We must have looked as if we needed it after so much bed trying!! This was very kind and thoughtful as we're getting on a bit!! Thank you DreaMS.

James spend over an hour explaining all the products to me & offering me drinks constantly.He is so knowledgable& offered me loads of advice without putting any pressure on me.I even ended up buying a new pillow after james introduced me to them after telling him I was suffering with hot flushes.I couldn’t recommend james as a sales person totally professional & friendly.

James and Siobhan looked after us superbly, made sure we knew the sleep match process, knew enough about each mattress to help us for an opinion and let us try, retry and eventually decide on our option without any pressure..
