James was very helpful and knowledgable, he made the whole experience of shopping for a new bed for my son an absolute pleasure. The bed is actually being delivered on my sons birthday ( then James will remember our visit) we were offered coffee and water ( which is a lovely touch) I will definitely recommend Dreams at Bournemouth Castlepoint to all my friends and family! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The smart bed was helpful and cut down time trying out loads of different mattresses. Staff member Kieran wasn't too pushy and listened to exactly what we needed. Sadly the mattress we would have had was a little out of our price range at ths time but the mattress we have purchased will absolutely do the job and was a fantastic price.

Siobhan, who looked after us, was attentive and had fab communication skills.

I cannot recommend Laura enough, from the moment of walking into the showroom to when I left, I decided not to purchase a bed from bensons for beds because of the attitude of the salesman, and to be fair there was no comparison. Dreams offered a better selection of mattresses, beds and far better customer service, I will always recommend Laura to anyone wanting a bed.

As soon we we entered the store we were approached by a member of staff (Kieran) who greeted us and offered us a drink. Kieran set us up on the sleep machine and explained the process and the matresses which were recommended for us. We had a great time trying out all the matresses whilst Kieran explained about each one. We were in the store for almost three hours and Kieran was fantastic, very patient with us and very knowledgeable about all of the products. We can't wait to get our new bed and will definitely be recommending Dreams Bournemouth to friends and family.

Kieran made the whole shopping experience fun and enjoyable. He took his time to find out my needs and was extremely knowledgeable. Kieran was very polite and friendly and helped me picked the right bed for my needs. A great experience all round.

This is the 2nd time this month we have brought from your company both times being served by Kieran who was fantastic, friendly and genuine without being over the top. Took his time going over the different options without rushing us to make a decision. We also went to the bed shop next door which after experiencing what they call customers service came straight back to see Kieran. It really does make a difference with the service you receive. Kieran is a credit to your store.
