Dreams - Bournemouth

We were approached straight away by a lovely young lady called Laura , how refreshing and polite she was . She explained all our options about the product we were looking to purchase. She couldn't do enough to assist us , she was charming , friendly, easy to talk to , Laura couldn't do enough to help us and we never felt pushed or rushed at all . We went to Benson for beds which was next door and there product was a little cheaper but because of Laura and her lovely friendly and professional approach we went back to Dreams and purchased our bed through Laura there. Honestly that young lady is a credit to your company , what a lovely young lady she is . What a lovely shopping experience we had that day because of Laura . We have told all our family and friends about her .

Efficient and helpful staff

We had decided to change our bed, and normally we would visit a few shops, look into a few options, and then make a decision. Dreams was the first shop we went to and the service we received from Laura was such high standards that we completed the purchase there and then. Laura's knowledge of the products and customer service skills are second to none. She is a real asset to your company and should be recognised and rewarded for her excellent service.

Kieron was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout our visit! He was extremely patient with us and our son who we had to wait to arrive but nothing was too much trouble

The staff which was assigned for me was absolutely gorgeous and outstanding professional. He understood my wish list of what I need. He was very friendly and do not treat me as a customer. We have a great conversation about the mattress. Finally, we found one which one I really hope will be arriving on time and will be very comfortable for me. The staff name is Kieran and I would like to say thank you for making my appointment and the choice easy.

Just brilliant. Lovely lady served us. Not easy as we were shopping for a disabled relative. She was so helpful and understanding . Got me some cold bottled water from the fridge. It was such a hot day and she went the extra mile. .just great

Everyone was so kind and helpful in giving us all the time and advice that we, as elderly clients, needed. Nothing was to much trouble for them and being offered tea, coffee, etc was an added bonus. A big thankyou to them for all their assistance and patience.

the staff we dealt with, Kieran and James were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. we liked the test at the start to work out the best mattress for us.
