We were dealing with Laura who spent time with us and explained what was available for us based on the printout from the body measurement machine. Laura then showed us which mattresses would suit us best based on the analysis. We then purchased the one that best suited us based on our needs aswell.

I was helped by Sarah to choose a mattress for my spare room. Then I decided to get one for my bed too, as well as two headboards. She was very patient with my lack of knowledge ! The cup of coffee provided certainly helped to clear my mind. What could have been a daunting experience turned out to be good fun and extremely enjoyable - thanks entirely to the gentle and efficient attention to detail from Sarah.

I was served by Laura at the Mallard Road Retail Park store. With the number of different mattresses available I was expecting a long, indecisive day of walking up and down the store trying out different mattresses. This however was not the case. The Sleepmatch system along with Laura's superb product knowledge made the whole process very effective and focused. Overall a very pleasant surprise for a consumer who would ordinarily, always opt for an online option.

Really happy that we returned to Dreams after purchasing our last bed and mattress from them 9 yrs ago. We needed a new mattress, our current Dreams mattress is still in great condition, but a little firm now for our aging bodies, so we have recycled this to our son, who has had the best night sleep on it he's had in months! We went to the store and were greeted quickly by Laura. Laura looked after us, we didn't know what we wanted, and used the sleepmatch machine, 8 beds selected and we went for Tempur, the machine works! We were offered refreshments, used the Tempur pillows, resulting in us buying 2 of them. Perfect customer service and very genuinely friendly. Gave us as much unpressured time as we required. Sale made. Next day I went back just to 'double check' we'd done the right thing as is a big expense, greeted again by Laura who was more than happy for us to look around, told no problem and offered a drink. Quickly came to conclusion we had bought the right mattress, no question! Delivered this week, IT IS PERFECT! Best nights sleep we've had in a year, the Tempur pillows amazing! Laura's customer service is excellent, have already recommended her/Dreams to friends.

The lady who assisted us was very helpful. She went around all the beds that the dreams sleep test machine found fitting for us and more. She explained what each bed was and checked allergies with us before using some products.

I ended up going in to the store on numerous occasions as I couldn't make up my mind. The staff were always friendly and courteous and very welcoming.

Keiran was FABULOUS! Nothing was too much trouble, from the cups of tea to leading us around the store to try different mattresses. There was no pressure and he gave us the time and space to privately discuss our needs/wants in relation to our finances. Keiran added the personal touch by addressing us by our names and endulging in our sense of humour throughout our time in the store. His knowledge was excellent and he was confident with sharing the information about each mattress with us. Unlike the sterotypical sales man who is someone slimey and untrustworthy, Keiran was a delight to be 'served' by, and as previously mentioned there was no pushy sales pitch. We have never had such a good experience whilst spending a lot of money and would definitely recommend his service to friends and family.

Staff were friendly and had great product knowledge. Our sales assistant was great in guiding us to make the right decision and even showed us we could get what we wanted by mixing two brands (same fabric) to get the look we wanted. We saved a bit of cash this way and this is why we didn't buy a product next door as we were in two minds. Can't wait to get our a new bed, I'm sure we are going to love it.
