The store colleague understood exactly the mattress I needed for my back problem. So showed me the right type straight away, so no time wasted looking at the wrong ones.

The customer service was exceptional. We had been to two bed stores prior to our visit to Dreams, one being Bensons for Beds next door and the service was shocking. Staff didn’t listen to what we wanted and there was a six month wait for a bed. So to be able to walk into Dreams be greeted with a smile, listened to about our needs and find out we could have our bed in four weeks was exactly what we needed.

A team member approached us as soon as we entered the shop, and as I new what I wanted, having researched on line, we went straight to the order desk. The order was placed quickly and efficiently.

Both Kieran and Sipban were extremely helpful and did not rush us. They were very knowledgable and explained clearly how the bed is constructed. The dreams testing machine confirmed my choice of bed and firmness, which was extremely helpful. We felt relaxed and welcome in the store. It was an example as to how to sell beds to a customer, which is of course a major purchase. Overall we were very satisfied.

The overall experience was excellent. We had not purchased a mattress for many years and the service and knowledge of the assistants was exceptional.

Laura was amazing! She helped make everything so much easier to understand and was very patient with us trying out the different beds. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great service. Mattress was far too soft for my hip replacement but able to upgrade with sound advice. Would have liked this to be delivered free of charge given the amount of money I’ve spent.
