Both James and Kieran were friendly and approachable, they helped out and explained things in all aspects. My only wish all stores were like this. This is a shining example of dreams stores.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff

Since moving to the Christchurch/Bournemouth area we have visited the store several times over he last few months purchasing a mattress, bed and headboard. This latest visit we purchased another mattress. All very easy and friendly. Will always come to this particular store

Excellent, friendly and prompt service, from a knowledgeable member of staff. A good option of prices, with the availability to mix and match products.

Sleepmatch machine takes out the guesswork. Siobhan at the bournemouth store had excellent knowledge of the mattresses and never tried to push a sale which would have deterred us. Delivery was in 3 days and arrived as planned. Delivery team even carried the mattress upstairs for us and took away the packaging.

Siobhan who served us was amazing. As well as Laura who also helped us. All the staff on duty were friendly, happy, and helpful.

We purchased a bed from Bensons for Beds next door to the Dreams store in Bournemouth and waited 11 weeks for delivery. The day before delivery after already getting rid of our current bed, it was cancelled and with no new delivery date being given, no current bed and poor customer service we decided to cancel the order. We came into the Bournemouth store near castle point and was met with Laura. She was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and couldn’t of helped us more if she tried. She helped us find our perfect bed, headboard and mattresses and we even came away with a mattress protector and duvet too. She was sympathetic to our current situation and did all she could to help us. We were so happy with her service we returned two days later with our friends and they also purchased a bed and mattress. She’s a credit to the company and we would love for her to be recognised for this.

A member of Dream's staff attended to us immediately we entered the store. He was knowledgeable, and understanding of our particular needs. We had plenty of time to try out several mattresses before choosing one.We were delighted to be given a free Tempur pillow too. We had
