Dreams - Bournemouth

Good products. Sales assistant had good knowledge. No pressure.

As it was my first ever visit to Dreams I was pleasantly surprised by the layout, the extensive range, the welcome and above all the professionalism of the staff I encountered.

Visited Dreams at Bournemouth, and served by a sales consultant named Kieran. From the moment we walked in the store we were given amazing attention, nothing was too much trouble and not at any time did we feel pressured. His knowledge of the products was unbelievable and we were so impressed. Kieran was so polite and courteous, an experience we have not had for a long time.

Sarah was very helpful showing us various mattresses and did not push us to make a purchase. After deciding at home to purchase a mattress, Laura was very helpful over the phone as we made our order. Downside was having to wait until end of February for delivery but that is the times we live in currently.

We had recently bought a mattress from this store and decided to buy a second one. We went back especially to see the sales person Laura in order to buy it. She is so helpful and knowledgeable with a lovely personality. I have since recommended two other friends to buy new beds there and to seek out Laura in order to do so.

We walked in and were greeted,we were made to feel very welcome. We were offered tea , coffee and biscuits. The friendliness of the assistant was unbelievable she was confident and knowledgeable.

The sales person Kieran was super welcoming and helped me straight away. He didn’t pressurise me nor did he make me feel like I couldn’t be comfortable and enjoy trying the Tempur mattresses. His knowledge was also incredible and explained everything thoroughly! It was a pleasure to be helped by such a warm welcoming gent. The manager was also very friendly and once again made me feel very welcome.

Laura was very friendly and knowledgeable, offered us beverages during the visit and took the time to understand our needs and explain the best options for our requirements.

We were greeted by Kieran from the Bournemouth store who instantly gave us a warm welcome to the store and asked if we needed any assistance. Initially we described the bed we were looking for and Kieran began to show us a variety of options which suited our original description. Throughout the process of purchasing the bed, Kieran was extremely helpful, personable and friendly. People buy from people and he made the experience of purchasing a bed easy and simple. He took away any stresses and ensured that we were happy with the product we chose and comfortable in making the purchase. We were initially quoted 8-12 weeks for delivery slot which we accepted given the current climate. However, we received a text today (02/01/21) that the bed will be delivered next week. This is fantastic news and we can’t wait to enjoy our new bed. We can’t express how thankful we are to Kieran for helping us find our dream bed and the fantastic assistance he provided. We will be returning to Dreams on Bournemouth for any products required in the future. We’ll also be recommending friends and family to shop here also!
