Kieran served us, he immediately made us feel welcome and had a great sense of humour as we were a bit daunted, having not bought a bed for a long time, Kieran could have sold ice to the Eskimos, he had a lovely personality and was very professional, he will go a long way.

Booked appointment on line and everything was just great from initial welcome to completion of sale. Really helpful team.

From start to finish brilliant. Friendly and approachable, efficient staff, nothing was problem. Even the computer predicted the mattress we eventually chose. (Fantastic).

The shop assistant Kieran made us extremely welcome and answered with confidence every question we had. His knowledge of Dreams products was excellent. We would definitely shop for bedding products at this shop again.

The young lady sales assistant was very helpful and professional and showed us the best mattresses to suit us and when we chose the right one she printed the details so we could go home and think because of this we came back the following day and placed the order.

We were greeted in a very friendly manner by , Kieran, who, instantly asked us how he could help us. He suggested we may find the virtual bed experience might be beneficial , and it was ! Kieran was so knowledgeable , enthusiastic about his products without being pushy and took time to listen to us ! Its so refreshing to receive excellent customer service for once ! When we 1st visited the store , we thought we would take a look at Bensons for Beds , which was right next door , to look at their product. Whilst the service we received there was fine, it was not a patch on Kieran's service and knowledge . We are highly impressed , and Kieran is a credit to the company !
