We were greeted, offered a drink, had a sleep match demonstration and helped choose our new mattress and bed all with a smile. We were also offered pillows and duvets

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who did their job and sold me a mattress and I left feeling happy about my purchase

The assistant, Kieran, was really helpful. He was polite & friendly & had a sense of humour. He quickly understood what I was looking for & showed me several suitable mattresses. Although keen to sell, he was not ‘pushy’ & patiently waited for me to make up my mind. He is a fantastic sales assistant.

Having our sleep posture analysed was great to provide a scientific basis for our decision making. It made the process of finding the correct bed much quicker. Kieran who served us was great.

At our first visit Laura was very friendly and helped us on everything. Our Second visit, we came back to buy the bed that we have seen with Laura and Siobhan was very friendly too.

The shop salesperson was attentive greeting us within a few minutes of our arrival then allowing us to browse. He then discussed the product we were interested in in detail before we finally decided to proceed. Overall a pleasant experience.

We started our search in Dreams Mallard Road Retail Park. We were quite clueless as to what we wanted but Kieran helped us so much. I did not at any point feel pressured to buy anything work him - he gave us friendly advise, honestly felt like talking to an old friend. He was very informative, amazing product knowledge and built great rapport. He is such a credit to your company. We decided to browse the Poole branch which was slightly bigger however we were approached by a gentlemen called Carl, he was quite rude, standoffish and seemed quite defensive. We decided to head straight back to Keiran to buy the mattress that we had decided on. He made the whole process so smooth even gave us a cuppa which on a wet day was much needed. I cannot thank Keiran enough for his customer service. And we cannot wait to receive our mattress!
