We weren't sure which mattress would suit as my husband and I both suffer with bad backs, however staff suggested a number of mattresses to try and we found one that seems satisfactory. In addition, I needed complete costs for bed, headboard and mattress on a couple of beds and staff worked out all the costings for me which enabled us to make a quick decision.

Bilal was extremely helpful. He showed me around the whole store and provided me with many decent options. He was professional and made the experience delightful.

We had an idea what we was looking for anyway but there wasn’t a sample for us to try an assistant came over to our surprise which is really unusual today, you normally have to go looking for one. He was polite and explained about storage the difference in sizes and the slat difference, Imran sat us down gave us a bottle of water for free and explained finance options he alone deserves 10/10

Atif was very helpful and answered all our concerns and questions. Gave a variety of choices to chose from and catered to our needs well.

All my questions answered and found what I was looking for

Aslam was very helpful, he greeted us and offered us water. He showed us around and helped us decide what mattress is suitable for us using the sleep match machine. Also showed us different mattresses and when we picked our mattresses he gave us complimentary pillows, duvet and mattress protectors which was really good. I am really happy with the service Aslam provided us and would recommend others to go to dreams for there products.
