This is the first time with Dreams and the experience is brilliant. We were greeted by Imran. He is polite and well listen to our needs. He introduced the Sleepwatch machine, recommended the mattress, pillow, bed to us. He also served us with drink and explained clearly the delivery arrangement and bed cover details. We highly appreciate with Imran's work and will definitely recommend to friends.

The whole experience was easy, well explained by the staff member, we was allowed to make informed choice and showed us the mattress X-ray to help us select the right one

Imran was great from the moment we walked in. He welcomed us with a smile and suggested we try out the Sleepmatch machine. He then walked us through the selection of beds it recommended and provided great insight into each product. He then explained about the benefits of the tempur pillow which we later bought. We sat down and he offered us a drink of water. Imran then helped us with a discount on the total order which was really appreciated!

Second visit to dreams to firm up our choice of mattress. Atif was really helpful and showed us the new range of mattresses as well as the old ones so we could compare. Booked in our delivery for our chosen date and explained that we can amend the delivery date if needed as we are buying a house and not 100% sure which day it will be.

Aslam was very patient,showed me everything that was available,took time to explain all the features. Excellent cummunication skills 👏
