Chris was absolutely amazing, providing great insight and allowing plenty of time to narrow down my selection to the perfect bed. I returned to the store to process my order with him and he was knowledgeable and efficient with the ordering process, organising a split delivery of the headboard to get the bed itself here sooner. Great service!

Very soon after entering the store, James, the manager approached us. He was very helpful, did not pressurise, and helped us with our choice. He arranged for us to use the testing bed, and showed us a variety of mattresses that conformed to the result of the test. He allowed us to lie on a variety of beds, and allowed us time to make a choice. The procedure to order was carried our efficiently, with a cup of tea and coffee. All the relevant points in ordering were pointed out, and a successful order was placed.

We found Karl very approachable and professional - it was a pleasure to come into the Store and to be treated as individuals. Karl kept to his word and we found him to be honest and would have no hesitation in recommending his services. Karl is a great asset to the organisation!!

Basingstoke store: James (store manager) Store was very clean an organised well to show all products. All prices and offer were displayed clearly although didn't show the discounted price. We were offered drinks and friendly faces. Advice and knowledge we well present and given.
