Greeted on enyering store, assistant freindly , polite ,extremely helpful and knew her product very well. Was not pushy and try to sell me something I could not afford and took in all I said about the product I was loooking for. I really can't fault the service we received. All was service was given with a smile and thoughtfulness towards our needs.

The had the exact type of mattress I was looking for in terms of comfort and support with the added element of heat cooling. Also the sales assistant James was extremely helpful and knowledgable without being overwhelming.

Firstly your assistant Chris was very helpful and very very efficient he understood my needs nothing was too much trouble no rushing to get a sale or take me in the wrong direction of my needs he knew his products very well.
