Our advisor Naju was excellent, nothing too much trouble, very friendly, I would imagine he has worked in hospitality because his people skills were amazing!

We where very satisfied the assistant gave us time to browse before asking could he help he listened to what we wanted before showing us the different options available to us he was very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the ordering process.

Ennes was extremely helpful. He greeted me as soon as I walked though the door. He listened to what I was looking for and then helped me choose the best mattresses within my price range. He offered me and my children water and was very patient with us. I will 100% come back.

Very friendly service from Rob at the Banbury store. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Gave us time to talk and think about what we wanted and which mattresses we tested out. We did the sleep match test which was helpful. Overall, a pleasant visit to the Banbury store.

Personal service from a sincere knowledgeable member of staff changed my visit from 'window shopping' to purchasing not one but 2 beds. I was served most politely by Naju at Banbury store.

Excellent choice of beds and mattresses to chose from. Staff have extensive knowledge of all beds and mattresses and they listened to our needs and took us round the store explaining the various beds and mattresses. We were encouraged to try all the mattresses to feel the difference between the different types. We were given lots of advice about the different bases of beds. At no time were we pressured into making a purchase but we’re given time to wander on our own and continue to try the different beds/ mattresses but Rob the salesman was always prepared and happy to go over details again.

Was greeted as soon as we entered the store. The members of staff was friendly. They took there time understanding what we was looking for and was very knowledgeable about the products. They gave us all the time we needed to try out and re-try the different beds and explained the differences between them well.
