John, was very knowledgeable about the products on offer and even understood my vague descriptions of how a bed felt. He also entertained our 18 year old son while we laid around on beds, with the tv beds! John initially came across a bit cheesy but actually was very good and offered lots of advice.

Francesco who dealt with us was extremely knowledgeable about the products. He was never pushy in his sales technique but made us try the mattress selector and then the options it suggested and let us make our own decision with his input into the process. We were offered coffee and all in all it was a pleasurable experience especially as we'd only come in for a 'look' (though we had plans to replace our bed later in the year) The H&S guidelines were followed - sanitising etc.
