We were looked after from the moment we arrived. We had small children with because we were looking for a mattress for our sons first big boy bed, and even though the circumstances are very difficult at the moment for staff they couldn’t do more to make the children feel welcome and made it an easy experience for us.

It was excellent service. Staff member very helpful. Given plenty of time to decide.

The gentleman who surved me was very friendly and understood what I needed , he explained clearly and took his time i didn't feel rushed or pushed in buying the bed

Staff were extremely helpful. He was patient, friendly and very personable. He showed me and my partner a number of mattresses and his knowledge was great. Would 100% recommend Dreams Aylesbury

With the current situation with COVID-19 I felt Dreams had put customers safety high on there list of priorities, John the sales assistant was very helpful,polite and was very knowledgeable he help us select our mattress of choice without us feeling pressured to purchase something we didn’t want. He make the whole process easy and fun.
